The Annual Trading For Profit Conference for branch managers was held on 4 October 2006 – which coincided with the UK National Customer Service Week 2006. 

The focus of the Conference was on customer service and sales and the importance of attitude and fun to the success of the individual and teams. 

There were a number of formal presentations from our suppliers - Camelot and Gallahers tobacco and GlaxoSmithKline. 

Managers took away with them lots of useful ideas to make a difference back in their store.
